Most small businesses here started at a kitchen table or in a truck. That works until you need to meet a client, print a contract, or spend three uninterrupted hours on the books. The Studios exists for those hours.

We took two suites on Calvada Plaza and turned them into the kind of workspace you would otherwise have to drive to Las Vegas for: an open floor with real desks, private offices, a conference room you can book by the hour, and an espresso bar so you are not starting the day at a drive through.

Every plan is month to month on purpose. Business here is seasonal, contracts come and go, and nobody should sign a three year lease to have somewhere to sit. Move up, move down, or pay for a single day.

The other half of the value is the room itself. Members trade referrals, borrow a second opinion, and hire each other. That is what "Pahrump's Home for Small Business" is supposed to mean.
