Using this website

By using this site you agree to these terms. The content here is provided for information about The Studios on Main and our workspace in Pahrump, Nevada. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to send unlawful or abusive messages.

Pricing and availability

Rates shown are founding member pricing and are subject to change. Space, private office days, and conference room hours are subject to availability. A plan is confirmed when we complete signup with you in person or by email, not when a form is submitted here.

Memberships and day passes

• Memberships are month to month with no long term lease.
• Monthly plans renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Cancel at least seven days before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Day passes are for the day purchased. Unused day credits and conference room hours do not roll over to the next month.
• Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or resold. Guests are welcome in the lobby and coffee bar and need their own pass to work on the floor.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers. Charges appear on your statement under our business name. Day passes are refundable if you cancel before the day begins. Monthly fees already charged are not prorated or refunded, but you can cancel to prevent future charges. If we are unexpectedly closed for a full business day, we credit affected members.

Conduct in the space

Keep phone calls out of quiet areas, treat the equipment and each other with respect, and follow staff direction. We may end access, without refund, for harassment, illegal activity, or damage to the property. You are responsible for your own belongings and for securing your devices and data.

Mail and business address

Mailbox and business address services are for legitimate business use and require valid identification. We may decline or discontinue the service if it is misused.

Liability and governing law

The site and the workspace are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous month. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes belong to the courts of Nye County, Nevada.
